The purpose of your initial consult and exam is for the doctor to gather as much information as possible in order to make the most accurate recommendation in your case. Your initial paper work provides information about your past and present health history. After getting a thorough history of your problem – The doctor will examine your posture, range of motion, and perform any necessary orthopedic tests in order to diagnose your problem. The main focus of your initial exam is for the Doctor to palpate the muscles and joints of your spine – Specifically, they are looking for misaligned and/or restricted spinal joints that could be the cause of your problem. Finally, The doctor will also take x-rays, if necessary, in your case. Once your initial exam is complete you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
Your initial visit, including paperwork, will last approximately 35-45 minutes.
We look forward to meeting you!
